Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. If you choose to book with A1 Chicago Limo Services, you agree to all of our terms & Condition.

Reservation Confirmation:Contact Information: If you do not receive a reservation confirmation email after booking, please contact us immediately. Accuracy of Information: Upon receiving your confirmation email, it is your responsibility to verify that all details (pickup date, time, address, and flight number) are correct. A1 Chicago Limo Services is not responsible for any discrepancies if you fail to review and correct the information. Vehicle Requests: Specific vehicle requests are not guaranteed, though we will make every effort to accommodate your preference. Payment Requirement: A confirmed and valid payment is mandatory for all reservations. Confirmation of your reservation will be provided once the payment has been processed. Ride Confirmation: When the passenger is inside the vehicle the chauffeur will always confirm the pick-up address, passenger's name, drop-off address, and any stops or any other details as per our company policy to ensure seamless service & Transporation. Please note: From June 1st and moving forward, We now offer only hourly service for return trips from concerts, games, theater shows, etc., . Thank you for your understanding.

Oversized Luggage:For oversized luggage, please book an SUV's or Sprinter Van. Notify us in advance before completing your booking to ensure we can accommodate your items properly. This helps us provide a smooth and comfortable experience for your trip.

Luggage and Bag's Policy:If you have big bags or if you have more bags, please inform us beforehand so we can arrange the appropriate vehicle to ensure a safe and reliable journey. Please note that we do not allow bags inside our luxury vehicles. To avoid any inconvenience, kindly notify us before booking, as this will help us serve you better.

Payment Terms:Mandatory Payment:To secure your reservation with A1 Chicago Limo Services, a confirmed and valid payment is required. This ensures that your booking is guaranteed and that we can provide you with the best possible service on the day of your trip. A confirmed and valid payment is required to secure all reservations with A1 Chicago Limo Services. Without payment, your booking will not be guaranteed. Please ensure payment is completed promptly to confirm your reservation and avoid any potential cancellations.

Reservation Confirmation: Your reservation will only be confirmed once a valid payment has been processed. Without payment, your booking will not be secured, and availability may change.

Payment Methods:We accept various payment methods for your convenience. Please ensure that your payment details are accurate and up to date to avoid any delays or issues with your reservation.

Timely Payment:To avoid any disruptions, please complete your payment promptly when booking your service. If payment is not received in a timely manner, your reservation may be subject to cancellation.

Securing your reservation with a confirmed payment allows us to allocate the necessary resources and vehicles for your trip. It also provides peace of mind, knowing that your transportation is confirmed and will be ready when you need it.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:Standard Sedan/Midsize SUV/Standard SUV/Premium SUV/6 Pax SUV Cancellations: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service will qualify for a full refund of the deposit. Any cancellation made within 24 hours for Standard Sedan/Midsize SUV/Standard SUV/Premium SUV/6 Pax SUV will be charged in full charage and non-refundable. Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made within 23 hours or less of the scheduled service are non-refundable.Company's Right to Modify/Cancel: A1 Chicago Limo Services reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances even after being accepted and confirmed, offering a full refund or rescheduling option.Refund Eligibility: To receive a full refund, you must inform us of your cancellation within the following time frames:Sedan/SUV: 24 hours before the service local and 48 hours before the service long-distance (over 100 miles).Stretch Limousine/Stretch SUV/Mercedes Executive/Limo/Jet Van: 7 days before the service.Party Bus/Minibus/Motorcoach Bus: 3 weeks before the service.

Reservation Modifications:Communication: Any modifications to your reservation must be communicated via phone, text, or email.Last-Minute Changes: Changes made within 23 hours of the scheduled service may incur additional charges.Vehicle Capacity: For your safety, it is both illegal and unsafe to exceed the seating capacity of any vehicle. A1 Chicago Limo Services strictly enforces this rule. Please ensure that your group size matches the vehicle's capacity. If needed, we can help arrange a larger vehicle or multiple vehicles to accommodate your party. Safety and comfort are our top priorities.

Waiting Time Rates:Airport Waiting Times: After a flight is landed, there is a 45-minute grace period for domestic flights and a 60-minute grace period for international flights. After this period, waiting time charges will apply based on the type of vehicle.

  • Standard Sedan/Midsize SUV/Standard SUV/Premium SUV/7 Pax SUV: $1.00 per minute.
  • Stretch Limo/ Stretch SUV Limo/Mercedes Sprinter Executive/Limo/Jet Van: $2.00 per minute.
  • Limo Bus/Coach Bus/Party Bus: $3.00 per minute.
  • Other Locations: Waiting time charges for locations other than From airports, The charges begin after pick-up time for To Airport & Point-To-Point Services. Rate is below
  • Standard Sedan/Midsize SUV/Standard SUV/Premium SUV/7 Pax SUV: $15 Per 10 minutes
  • Stretch Limousine: $25.00 per 10 minutes.
  • Stretch SUV: $30.00 per 10 minutes.
  • Mercedes Sprinter Executive Van/Sprinter Jet Van/Sprinter Limousine Van: $30.00 per 10 minutes.
  • Limo Bus/Coach/Party Bus: $40.00 per 10 minutes.

Unforeseen Delayse:A1 Chicago Limo Services is not responsible for delays caused by extreme traffic, weather, mechanical problems, accidents, or any other Acts of God.

No-Show Policy:A1 Chicago Limo Services is not responsible for delays caused by extreme traffic, weather, mechanical problems, accidents, or any other Acts of God.

  • No-Show Fee: Clients who do not show up for their reservation within 30 minutes without prior notice will be charged the full amount with an included 20% gratuity.
  • Contact Us: If you cannot locate your vehicle, please call us at 630-309-1537 to avoid the no-show fee.

Waiting Period:A1 Chicago Limo Services will wait for up to 30 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time (Except Airport Pick-Up). After this period, it will be considered a no-show, and the full amount will be charged with a 20% gratuity.

Vehicle Substitution:A1 Chicago Limo Services reserves the right to provide a comparable substitute vehicle in case of unforeseen circumstances, ensuring a similar or upgraded model.

Weather and Force Majeure:A1 Chicago Limo Services is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by adverse weather conditions or other force majeure events.

Additional Charges and Fees:Extra Services: Additional charges may apply for extended hours, extra services, or special requests.Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for any parking fees or other applicable charges.

Communication and Documentation:Written Communication: All communication regarding reservations, modifications, or cancellations must be in writing for documentation purposes.

Vehicle Cleanliness and Damage:Cleaning Fee: A minimum fee of $250.00 and also the amount of the actual damage of the vehicle will be assessed for trash, smoking, unsanitary debris, regurgitation, or liquid spills left in the vehicle by the booking contact/passenger or their party. An invoice will be provided for necessary repairs.

Damage Responsibility: The client is responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused during the ride by themselves or their fellow travelers.

Extra Stop Rate:

  • Sedan: $15.00 per stop (Waiting Time Charge will begin after pick-up Time)
  • Midsize SUV/Standard SUV: $18.00 per stop (Waiting Time Charge will begin after pick-up Time)
  • Premium SUV and 6 Pax SUV: $20.00 per stop (Waiting Time Charge will begin after pick-up Time)
  • Stretch Limo/SUV Limo/Mercedes Sprinter Executive Van/Sprinter Jet Van/ Limousine Van: $25.00 per stop (Waiting Time Charge will begin after pick-up Time)
  • Minibus/Party Bus: $35.00 per stop (Waiting Time Charge will begin after pick-up Time)

Rates:

  • Late Night/Early Morning Fees: A $15.00 fee applies for services between 11:00 PM and 4:30 AM.
  • Car Seat Fees: $20.00 per seat. We provide booster seats, forward-facing car seats, and rear-facing car seats upon request.
  • Holiday Surcharge: A $30.00 surcharge applies on New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day, as well as New Year’s Eve after 6:00 PM.

Minimum Hours & Charter Policy

Out of State Travel: A minimum of 2 or 3 hours of travel time will be charged for out-of-state travel.

Minimum Hours Requirements:

  • Sedan: 2 hours & 30 Minutes minimum on weekdays and 3 Hours minimum on weekends
  • Midsize SUV: 2 hours & 30 Minutes minimum on weekdays and 3 Hours minimum on weekends
  • SUV: 2 hours & 30 Minutes minimum on weekdays and 3 Hours minimum on weekends
  • Stretch Limousine: 3 hours minimum on weekdays, 3 hours on weekends (available hourly on Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
  • Stretch SUV Limousine: 3 hours minimum on weekdays, 3 hours on weekends (available hourly on Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
  • Mercedes Sprinters Executive Van / Jet Van/ Limousine Van: 3 hours minimum on weekdays, 4 hours on weekends (available hourly on Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
  • Party Bus/Minibus: 3 hours minimum on weekdays, 4 hours on weekends (available hourly on Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
  • Motorcoach Bus: 4 hours minimum on weekdays, 5 hours on weekends (available hourly on Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
  • Short Distance Trips: Stretch Limo, Stretch SUV Limo, Sprinter Van, Party Bus, Minibus, and Motorcoach are not available for point-to-point or airport trips on weekends only; these vehicles are only available for hourly service on weekends with a minimum hour's requirement. Sedans and SUVs are available for all services, including short distance, on weekdays and weekends.

Lost and Damaged Items:A1 Chicago Limo Services and its chauffeurs are not responsible for any lost or damaged items left in the vehicle by passengers. Our company will try our best to give the item back to the owner.

Missed or Cancelled Flights:Immediate Contact Required: If your flight is canceled or delayed, or if you miss your flight, you must contact us immediately before the flight departs. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the full amount. If notified in advance, we will make arrangements for you without any extra charge.

Pets:Pet Policy: We love pets and allow them in our vehicles, but they must be in carriers. Please contact us before booking if you plan to travel with a pet.

Airport Meet & Greet Charge:For the Meet & Greet service it would be an additional charge of $50.

Airport Pickup:

  • O'Hare Airport Pickup:
  • Curbside Pickup: Meet the driver at the lower level (Arrival) at any door and central lane. The driver is typically 10-15 minutes away from the terminal, but this may vary due to traffic.
  • Meet and Greet (Inside): Meet the driver at the baggage claim.
  • Midway Airport Pickup:
  • Curbside Pickup: Meet the driver at door number 1 or 2 and the center lane. The driver is typically 10 minutes away from the terminal, but this may vary due to traffic.
  • Meet and Greet (Inside): Meet the driver at the baggage claim.

Booking Requirement:Passengers must book their reservation 24 hours before the preferred date and time for Sedan's and SUV's. Last-minute rides may be arranged based on availability. For bigger vehicle passenger must book 7-10 days before the preferred date and time. No reservation is confirmed until a reservation confirmation email is received by one of our representatives.

No Smoking, and Food Policy:Smoking, food, e-cigarettes, vapes, and weapons are strictly prohibited in our vehicles. No illegal activity is allowed during the trip. If such activity occurs, the chauffeur will end the trip immediately, and the full amount will be charged.

Seat Belt Safety:For your safety, please ensure all passengers wear seat belts at all times during the trip. A1 Chicago Limo Services and its chauffeurs are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from failure to wear seat belts or from not proper seating.

Automatic Gratuity:All services include a 20% gratuity, which will be added to the total cost.

Airport Arrivals:

  • Domestic Flights: The vehicle will arrive at the airport according to the real-time arrival schedule.
  • International Flights:
  • Global Entry: If you have global entry, the chauffeur will be at the airport when your flight is gated.
  • Customs Through: If you do not have global entry, the chauffeur will be at the airport 30 to 45 minutes after your flight is gated. Please inform us if you have global entry or if you have to go through customs when booking.

Rolls Royce Service

Hourly Service: Rolls Royce vehicles are only available for hourly service with a minimum of 3 hours.

Complimentary Beverages

All vehicles include complimentary water. If you require other beverages, please inform us at the time of booking; additional charges may apply. If you like to have special beverages than we will charge and the price of the beverages and $25 service charge.

Vehicle Availability and Booking

Short Distance and Weekend Services: Some vehicles, including Stretch Limo, Stretch SUV Limo, Mercedes Sprinter Vans, Party Buses, Minibuses, and Motorcoaches, are not available for point-to-point or airport trips for short distances and are only available for hourly service with minimum hour requirements. Sedans and SUVs are available for all types of services, including short distances, on weekdays and weekends.

Insurance Policy

Claims Handling: In the event of an accident, all claims will be managed by our vehicle's insurance company in accordance with their terms and conditions. A1 Chicago Limo Services, its owners, and chauffeurs are not financially responsible for any claims or damages. The insurance company will handle all payments and liabilities as per their policy.

No Sue Policy

Legal Action: By using A1 Chicago Limo Services, customers agree not to pursue any legal action against the company, its owners, or its chauffeurs for claims arising from accidents, incidents, or service-related issues. Disputes will be managed according to the terms set by our insurance provider or through alternative dispute resolution methods as deemed appropriate.

Payment Policy for High-Cost Services

Prepayment Requirement: For services where the total payment exceeds $199, A1 Chicago Limo Services will charge 50% of the full amount 72 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time. This payment is non-refundable and includes all applicable tips. Cancellations made within 24 hours or less of the scheduled pick-up time will incur the full charge, including gratuity, which will be non-refundable. Failure to complete payment on time will result in the cancellation of the booking, and we will not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused.

Alcohol Policy

Permitted Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol consumption is permitted only in our Stretch Limo, Stretch SUV Limo, Mercedes Sprinter Limousine Van, and Party Bus vehicles, provided that all passengers are 21 years of age or older 34. Same-Day Booking Policy:

The 10% discount does not apply to same-day bookings. Any reservation made on the same day of service will be charged without the discount.

Airport Fee and Ground Tax

Airport Fee: Effective immediately, an airport fee will be applied to all services involving From Airport Service. The fees are categorized as follows: * $4.00 for Standard Sedan, Midsize SUV, Standard SUV, 6 Passenger SUV, Premium SUV, and Stretch Limousine and for larger vehicle including but not limited to Executive/Limousine/Jet Sprinter Vans $36.00. Ground Tax: * A standard Ground Tax of $3.50 will be applied to all vehicles and all trips, regardless of service type or vehicle category. This fee is implemented to cover municipal and regulatory charges associated with commercial ground transportation.

Quote Confirmation Policy

All price quotes provided by A1 Chicago Limo Services via email or call are based on real-time availability and are not guaranteed until the reservation is formally confirmed. Due to high demand and limited vehicle availability, we are unable to hold a vehicle without a confirmed booking. To secure your reservation at the quoted rate, we kindly ask that you confirm as soon as possible. Delayed confirmation may result in the vehicle becoming unavailable and this includes from Sedan's to Party Buses.

Alcohol Consumption Policy

Alcohol consumption is permitted for passengers aged 21 and over in our vehicles, in accordance with Illinois state laws. However, underage drinking is strictly prohibited. All passengers consuming alcohol must remain respectful and in control—excessive intoxication to the point of unconsciousness, inability to walk, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. The chauffeur reserves the right to terminate the ride without refund if these terms are violated.

No Smoking and Drug-Free Policy

Smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes (vapes), and the use of illegal substances or illegal behavior is strictly prohibited in all of our vehicles. Any violation of this policy will result in a mandatory detailing fee ranging from $150 to $400, depending on the extent of cleaning required. The client is fully responsible for the cost as invoiced by the detailing service provider.

Luggage & Vehicle Selection:

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to select the correct vehicle based on both passenger count and luggage requirements at the time of booking. If you are traveling with any oversized items, they must be clearly listed in the “Notes” section of your reservation. Examples of oversized items include (but are not limited to):

  • Oversized or double strollers
  • Golf bags or golf kits
  • Bicycles (folding or standard)
  • Electric scooters, hoverboards, or electric skateboards
  • Wheelchairs or mobility devices
  • Large musical instruments
  • Skis, snowboards, or other sports equipment
  • Extra-large suitcases, trunks, or multiple garment bags

Important Terms with Luggage & Vehicle Selection:

Please be advised that luggage is not allowed inside the passenger cabin under any circumstances. Our chauffeurs will never force any item into the vehicle in a manner that could damage the interior, violate safety guidelines, or compromise your comfort. If, upon arrival, your luggage does not fit in the selected vehicle, a new or larger vehicle may be dispatched only if available, and additional charges will apply. If no suitable vehicle is available, A1 Chicago Limo Services will not be held responsible, and the trip will be considered canceled by the client. No refunds or credits will be issued in such cases. To avoid service disruptions or unexpected charges, please carefully review your luggage needs and select the appropriate vehicle. If you are unsure, kindly contact us before booking.

Luggage Policy

For safety reasons and in accordance with company policy, chauffeurs do not enter private residences or apartment units to collect or drop luggage. Exceptions may be made only for passengers with disabilities or medical needs, which must be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Luggage Handling & Assistance Policy

Chauffeurs are not responsible for lifting or carrying excessive or unusually heavy luggage alone. While basic assistance is provided, passengers are expected to help if needed. Please note we employ both male and female chauffeurs, and all luggage must be manageable for a single person to lift safely.

PASSENGER CONDUCT & LIABILITY POLICY

A1 Chicago Limo Services –
By booking with A1 Chicago Limo Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are legally binding and designed to ensure your safety, your chauffeur’s protection, and our company’s compliance with local and federal law. This policy is in addition to other applicable booking terms (waiting time, cancellation, extra stop fees, etc.).

1. Assumption of Risk & Legal Compliance
All passengers understand that incidents can occur on the road beyond our chauffeur’s control — including reckless drivers, road rage, or third-party interference. Passengers accept full responsibility for their behavior during such events and agree that A1 Chicago Limo Services is not liable for panic, assumptions, or actions taken in fear unless our chauffeur was directly negligent, which must be proven under Illinois law.
Our chauffeurs are trained to comply with traffic laws, insurance guidelines, and federal safety protocols — including not fleeing the scene of any road incident. Passengers may not demand that our chauffeur violate any state or federal law, including:

  • Leaving the scene of a collision (Illinois Criminal Code 625 ILCS 5/11-401)
  • Ignoring police instructions
  • Evading or confronting a third party aggressively

2. Passenger Interference is Strictly Prohibited
Under Illinois Compiled Statutes (625 ILCS 5/11-1003.1) and federal law, it is illegal to interfere with a professional driver in the performance of their duties.
Examples of prohibited behavior:

  • Yelling at or insulting the chauffeur during a high-pressure situation
  • Demanding that the chauffeur commit illegal actions (e.g., hit-and-run or speeding away)
  • Creating panic among other passengers or on the roadway
  • Overriding chauffeur judgment during a safety concern or law enforcement encounter
Passengers engaging in such behavior may have their service immediately terminated with no refund and may be held financially liable for any resulting operational or legal damages.

3. Law Enforcement Protocol
In any incident, A1 chauffeurs will:

  • Pull over safely (when appropriate)
  • Cooperate fully with police or affected motorists
  • Follow all insurance and incident-reporting procedures
  • Prioritize the safety of passengers and the public
Passengers are not permitted to override this process. If they choose to leave the vehicle, interfere with the chauffeur, or create further risk, they do so at their own legal and physical risk.

4. Release of Liability
By booking, the passenger agrees to hold harmless and indemnify A1 Chicago Limo Services, its affiliates, owners, and chauffeurs from any damages, panic, legal action, or media consequence that results from:

  • Their own behavior
  • False assumptions or overreaction
  • Police involvement or delay
  • Third-party road incidents out of our control

5. Affiliate Responsibility & Independent Operators
A1 Chicago Limo Services works with licensed third-party affiliates to fulfill some rides. In those cases:

  • All responsibility for the chauffeur, vehicle, and conduct falls under the affiliate company
  • A1 is not responsible for affiliate personnel actions, insurance issues, or any incident occurring in their care
  • Any claim, complaint, or dispute must be directed to the affiliate provider
Passengers agree that by accepting a ride, they accept full terms of the affiliate’s service and waive A1 from liability related to such services.

6. No Lawsuit / Indemnification Clause
A1 Chicago Limo Services maintains proper commercial insurance. In the event of an incident, our insurance carrier is the proper and exclusive channel for any claims. Passengers hereby agree:

  • Not to sue A1 Chicago Limo Services, its chauffeurs, owners, or affiliates directly for any matter related to service, incident, or emotional distress
  • That claims must be submitted through appropriate insurance channels only
  • That booking with A1 constitutes legal acceptance of this waiver and indemnification agreement

7. Acceptance of Terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and are fully enforceable in a court of law. Continued use of our service — including rides booked through affiliates — constitutes full agreement to this policy.
